Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We follow a reliable refund policy to ensure our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines for the refund policy.

1. Cancellation Notice

If you wish to cancel your account, please notify us at least 3 days before the end of your term (via an email to [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your data will not be deleted to ensure you can always return, but if you wish to have it removed from our servers, email [email protected] with your request. Since the deletion of all data is permanent, make sure you truly want to cancel your account and delete your data before proceeding.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each month.

3. Upgrading or Downgrading Services

You can upgrade or downgrade the level of our services at any time during your usage, but Harmonix Suite will not refund any costs in that case.

4. Mid-Term Cancellation

If you stop using our services mid-term, we will not refund the fees you paid for the remaining term.

5. Right to Modify or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Harmonix Suite service(s) for any reason, without prior notice.

6. Fraud

Without limiting any other remedies, Harmonix Suite may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activities in connection with the services offered by us (whether by conviction, settlement, insurance, investigation, or otherwise).

7. No Refunds for Mid-Month Cancellations

Please note that no refunds are offered, even if a subscription is canceled mid-month.

3-Day No-Obligation Cancellation

Harmonix Suite offers SaaS services to businesses with a 3-day no-obligation cancellation policy. The no-obligation cancellation begins immediately upon account activation. The 3-day no-obligation cancellation period applies only to new customers and not to existing customers with a subscription. Harmonix Suite also does not offer a free trial period for customers who were once paying subscribers, canceled, and then decided to re-subscribe to Harmonix Suite. At any time during the 3 days, potential subscribers (customers) can cancel their account and will be fully refunded with a small service fee to continue using SaaS after the 3-day no-obligation cancellation period, you will automatically be transitioned to the selected payment plan initially chosen at the time of purchase from a range of selections of monthly or receive a discount by paying for half-year or full-year service.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Harmonix Suite charges and collects in advance for the use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription and provides billing details, Harmonix Suite will calculate a pro-rata amount with the first payment due at sign-up.All subscriptions will automatically renew on their due renewal date according to the initial subscription date until officially canceled in writing.Customers can cancel at any time by sending an email to: [email protected] or by visiting our billing portal. Customers will receive an email from [YOUR COMPANY] confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been canceled.Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.The fees that Harmonix Suite charges for the monthly, quarterly, or annual services are exclusive of phone and Internet access charges and any other charges for data transfer.Any currency exchange settlements are based on your agreement with the provider of your payment method. For the sake of clarity: these costs are the responsibility of the customer.Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription for the SaaS services at any time. For any upgrade or downgrade in the subscription, the customer must write to Harmonix Suite.The chosen billing method will automatically be charged the new subscription rate in the next billing cycle. Regarding downgrades of a subscription, Harmonix Suite does not provide refunds or credits for partial service months. Harmonix Suite reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services bought from www.harmonix-suite.com. The above policy applies to all SaaS services listed on Harmonix Suite, unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
